Jenna Ahola ("Jenna Sofia") is a professional actor and singer-songwriter based in Finland. She grew up in a small town, and always felt that the best way to grow as an artist is to explore the world — finding inspiration in different cultures and surrounding oneself with talented, curious, and driven individuals.
Jenna creates through acting, music, writing, and dance. She started out as a classical pianist and dancer (ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance), and in elementary school she fell for the theater. She continued her actor training in high school and community theater, then moved to New York City after being accepted into the prestigious acting program at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. In May 2022 she graduated with an Associate's Degree in Visual and Performing Arts. Her latest roles have been strong, independent women determined to find justice and follow their dreams fearlessly; sometimes with a comical flair.
Jenna Sofia’s newest single “Ashes” was released in March 2023 and is available to listen & download on all music platforms. The mellow R&B influenced song was written, composed, sung, produced, recorded, and played by Jenna Sofia, making it the first she has created solo from the beginning. It is her goal to keep making music like “Ashes” independently in the future as well.
In 2021 Jenna released her first EP "Golden", which has gathered over 50k streams across platforms since release. The EP is a product of many years of writing, and consists of five timeless pop/r&b inspired songs telling stories of love in its many forms.
She is now pursuing her professional acting goals in TV & Film and theatre, while also writing and working on an original short film and more original music.
